Plus de trente ans après, grâce aux exploits informatiques des "3D" (pour "Three Dicks"), les aliens foulent enfin le sol terrestre ! Mais à quel prix ?
C'était à l'époque une simple passion. Ni femme, ni emploi, David, Derrick et Dustin ont passé le plus clair de leur temps (et leur vie) à étudier l'espace et la possibilité de la vie ailleurs que sur notre belle planète. Sans diplômes ou certificats, ils se contentent de concevoir des ordinateurs et autres softwares chez eux dans le seul intérêt d'envoyer un message au-delà de la surface terrestre. Ils l'ont appelé Code Cosmo en hommage à leur ville chérie (c'est faux, ils n'ont juste aucune imagination), Cosmopolis.
